Weekend Building Access
Our clinic is located in a secure building with three entrances:

• Front entrance: Up the stairs from Bascom Ave (through double doors)

• Side entrance: Next to the garage entrance.

• Back entrance: Behind the building.

Each entrance has a pedestrian keypad. On weekends, the building is locked, so please enter the code 1995 (no # or * needed) for access.

If you require garage parking with elevator access, call us upon arrival and we’ll open the garage for you. The door will open automatically and close behind you when you leave.
